AddOn for SSH and FTP

The Addon will provide functionality to connect via SSH, SFTP and FTP.

The code is based on SSH.NET (https://sshnet.codeplex.com/)
and on the FTP client library for NET (http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/11991/An-FTP-client-library-for-NET).

To use the AddOn, enable it via the settings (ALT-SHIFT-S). Examples are also provided in the examples zip file.
